The Future Hospitality and Tourism Forum
We kindly invite you to take part in the Future Hospitality & Tourism Forum, taking place on 3–4 February 2026 at Hilton Tallinn Park Hotel, Estonia. The forum is one of the most important annual hospitality and tourism events in the region.
The forum is a rotating Baltic hospitality conference, hosted each year by a different Baltic country. In 2026, the forum takes place in Tallinn, following the 2025 edition in Vilnius, and the next edition will be hosted by Latvia in 2027.
This two-day event brings together 250+ hospitality and tourism professionals from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland, with more than 25 leading European voices from the hospitality and tourism sector sharing their insights and experience. The forum focuses on discussions around the future of the tourism sector, the competitiveness of gastronomy and the hotel industry, reducing seasonality and destination development. Equally important are the opportunities for networking and building new connections. In addition to the conference program, participants can join Hospitality Trails visits and a limited-capacity dinner at UMA Restaurant, featuring a special menu created for the evening, with Peeter Pihel sharing his journey in the world of food.
